Our focus is the administrative side of SB 684 / SB 1123 applications: organizing materials, tracking next steps, coordinating consultants, and following up with agencies.

We help keep the process organized. Project eligibility and approvals depend on the property, applicable requirements, and agency review. Legal advice, design, engineering, and surveying are handled by the appropriate professionals.
