Nick Nshanyan

Nick Nshanyan is a Los Angeles–based entrepreneur and property owner with a background in business ownership and an active interest in residential development. He is also completing his legal education at Southwestern Law School.

Through Nshanyan Enterprises, Nick helps property owners organize the moving parts of permit and subdivision applications: paperwork, consultant coordination, agency follow-up, and the next steps that keep a project moving. His focus is on SB 684 and SB 1123 projects within the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County.
